I'm also thankful that we have the opportunity to share this love of reading to other children in our community. They don't have to miss what I and many others missed.
My list of thanksgiving this week:
- Books. Books. Books! Thank God that I have so many of them. Bought, swapped, given, and bargained.
- My children's love for reading.
- Our Community Library
- The opportunity to share this love to other children.
- Friends who share the same passion for reading and support our project.

What a wonderful way to share your love of reading! I think it's wonderful that you have built a library for the community. :)
Blessings to you today~
How wonderful that you have a community library. I am an avid reader, something my daughter's follow, but my son and husband can't stand to read. :> (
Beautiful pictures!
Blessings~

We LOVE to read too!
Mary Helen reminds me of Zoe...always a book in her hand and reading any where at any time!
May God BLESS you for sharing books and the joy of reading with the children of your community...and your compassion in wanting to change the cycle and provide these things which were not present to you in childhood.
You are an amazing and beautiful person, Ruth.
Hi Ruth
I'm thankful for my good health and my 9 grandchildren :-)
